📌 Recurring Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming a recurring booking on Superway Services, you agree to the following terms:

💳 Payment

  • Recurring bookings must be paid in advance to activate the schedule.

⏰ Booking Hours

  • Please select sufficient service hours when creating a recurring booking.

  • Selected hours should match the scope of work and size of the premises.

❌ Cancellation

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, late cancellation, or no-show charges will follow the same policy as regular bookings.

👥 Crew Assignment

  • We always try to send the same crew for your recurring service.

  • If they are unavailable, a trained replacement crew may be assigned.

  • If you have any preference regarding replacement crew approval, you must inform Superway Services helpline via WhatsApp in advance.

📍 Service Location

  • One recurring booking is valid for one single location only.

  • Change of location is not allowed for recurring bookings.

💰 Refunds & Wallet

  • Eligible refunds for cancelled recurring sessions will be added to your Superway Wallet.

  • Wallet balance can be used for future bookings.

  • Full booking amount must be available in wallet if paying by wallet.

📅 Renewal

  • Customers must renew their recurring booking before the next month starts.

  • If not renewed in time, the assigned crew may become unavailable or be allocated to another customer.

💵 Pricing

  • Superway reserves the right to increase or decrease prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Any price changes will not affect already confirmed and paid bookings.

🏠 Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure access to the location and a safe environment for our team.

  • Any kind of misbehave, bulying or harrasement to staff could lead to legal action as per UAE Law.

⏸️ Pause Requests

  • Temporary pause requests may be accepted with advance notice and approval.

⚠️ Important

  • Superway may suspend service in case of misuse, unsafe conditions, or policy violations.
