Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation Policy for Superway Services
1. Free Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking 6 hours before the scheduled service time, it will be a free cancellation. If you have made an advance payment, the amount will be added to your wallet balance in your Superway Services account.
2. Late Cancellation Charges:

If you cancel your booking 2 hours before the scheduled service time, 50% of the payment will be charged. If you have made an advance payment, the remaining 50% will be added to your wallet balance in your Superway Services account.

If you cancel your booking within the last hour or on the spot, the full booking amount will be charged.
3. No-Show Policy: If our service professionals arrive at the location and are unable to perform the service due to the client's absence or inability to provide access, a no-show fee equivalent to the full service charge may be applied.
4. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your booking, please provide a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 6 hours' notice may be subject to the similar policies as canellation policy.
5. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made in compliance with the above notice requirements will be processed using the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to an emergency, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
